Special features of vials

Vials are among the most sensitive packaging formats in the pharmaceutical industry. Our top-loading packaging machines are specifically designed to load vials gently, precisely, and efficiently into secondary packaging such as folding cartons or trays – either individually or grouped.

1. Erecting the box

The flat blanks are stored in a two-lane magazine.

2. Erecting the Partition

The partition is folded at the defined positions and glued into the erected carton.

3. Loading vials and inserts

A TLM-F2 robot picks up the products and loads them into the boxes.

4. Infeed vials

The vials are fed to the machine in a single lane via a turntable.

5. Sealing the box

The TLM-F2 robot seals the filled box and then places it on the outfeed conveyor.
