With around 25 employees, our pharma team forms a highly specialized unit within the Schubert Group. We benefit from the expertise and resources of the entire corporate group – with 1,350 employees at our headquarters in Crailsheim and more than 1,800 employees worldwide.
This close collaboration enables us to draw on a wide range of competencies in pharmaceutical design, assembly and software development. Many of our colleagues in central departments have in-depth know-how in the pharmaceutical sector.

Qualification and Validation
Packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical industry require an in-depth understanding of GMP-regulated processes. Our validation package is tailored to the specific requirements of your products and regulatory framework.
With many years of experience in GMP projects, we support you in the structured execution of qualification and validation steps – both during the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at our site and the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) at your facility. Our services range from GMP risk assessment and specification documentation through to the qualified handover of your system. All with one goal: maximum safety and complete traceability of your processes.
Track & Trace / Serialization
Traceability is legally required in pharmaceutical packaging – from the smallest sales unit to the aggregated pallet. Our integrated Track & Trace system reliably supports you in this: it processes serial numbers from the ERP system, controls the aggregation across all packaging levels and transfers the complete serial number hierarchy back to your system – seamlessly and transparently.
Through its close integration with the Schubert Transmodul, the exact location of every packaging unit is always known. This reduces the number of cameras required and simplifies qualification. Our solution integrates labellers, printers, cameras and weighing technology seamlessly – with a unified user interface and consistent documentation. For greater efficiency, safety and auditability.
