What does a cartoner look like that runs 600 vials a minute and still switches from a single pack to a 10-count? Come and see for yourself at CPHI Milan. We are showing a TLM cartoner built for vials in changing pack sizes:
- Up to 600 vials per minute per infeed and up to 120 cartons per minute
- Format flexibility from 1-count through 3-count and 5-count to 10-count packs, with multiple infeeds for multipacks
- An integrated line clearance concept for fast and reliable batch changeovers
Top-loading: Safe packaging, precise control
The entire line is built on top-loading technology. Forming, loading and closing are robot-controlled from above, so the product is placed gently instead of being pushed in, and the loading process can be camera-verified after every single step.
This means for your packaging process:
- Precise vial placement through robotic loading
- Reproducible processes for high process reliability
- Inspection options from above after each loading step
Vertical loading reduces mechanical stress and supports stable product positioning – creating a reliable process for different vial formats and packaging requirements.
